Most of Smart Future’s interventions are in turnkey mode: we propose ourselves as the sole interlocutor to the customer even during the execution of the construction works. We operate in accordance with the architectural part and therefore in collaboration with third-party professionals such as architects, surveyors, structural engineers, etc.

This modality simplifies the whole process of realization since Smart Future interfaces with the multiple figures involved in the works.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Smart Future is also able to operate in General Contractor mode, therefore having the total entrusting of the realization of a project and taking care of the coordination with all the interlocutors involved in the process.
